Tracking an order
Orders ship the same business day. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link, and you can also see tracking in your account. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days or your package arrived damaged, send us a message using the form below with the subject Order Delivery and your order number.
Starting a return?
Unopened items can be returned within 60 days. Send us a message using the form below, choose the subject Order Payment/Refund, and include your order number and the items you want to return. No return authorization number is required. We'll send return instructions within 2 business days; please wait for those instructions before sending items back.
